When we set out to build the finest exhaust system for the F458, we had a monumental task in order to create something better than what Ferrari developed. We wanted a more aggressive supercar sound without being obnoxious. The Catalyst Bypass Pipes not only unleash a considerable amount of power, they do not build up exhaust heat in the engine bay, and save a considerable amount of weight over their factory counterparts. Plus, they have the added bonus of unleashing an exceptionally exotic tone from the F458.

Product Details: Replaces the restrictive factory cats with high-performance 200-cell HJS sport catalytic converters for maximum performance and sound

VBOX TESTING DATA:During independent testing of Fabspeed's Sport Catalytic Converters using a Racelogic VBOX unit, the following gains were acheived:
Stock Catalysts
- 0-60 = 3.0 sec
- 0-100 = 6.7 sec
- 60-130 = 8.2 sec
Fabspeed Sport Cats
- 0-60 = 3.0 sec
- 0-100 = 6.5 sec
- 60-130 = 7.8 sec

When we set out to build the finest exhaust system for the F458, we had a monumental task in order to create something better than what Ferrari developed. We wanted a more aggressive supercar sound without being obnoxious. Building an equal-length header system that had smooth 4 into 2 into 1 transitions would give the best power output and exhaust flow. The result was just that, and what was created was truly a work of art.

When we set out to build the finest exhaust system for the F458, we had a monumental task in order to create something better than what Ferrari developed. We wanted a more aggressive supercar sound without being obnoxious. We decided that having OEM style Pierberg Exhaust bypass valves incorporated into the system was a necessity to achieve our goals. By installing the exhaust valves into the primary exhaust outlets, the engines ECU can regulate the exhaust tone as it did with the OEM exhaust. During normal driving and cruising at speed, the exhaust has a mellow exhaust note. As soon as the engine is pushed to peak performance, the valves switch over and the true intoxicating sound of the Italia is experienced.
