Stage 1 Sport Clutch upgrade is designed as a direct replacement for
the OEM clutch system and retains the OEM Dual Mass Flywheel. The
pressure plate has about 20% more clamping force and will support up to
620 HP/TQ. This clutch kit utilizes all OEM SRE components and offers
100% smooth engagement for daily drive ability and only a slight
increase in clutch pedal effort.

Our lightweight sport clutch conversion, for the aluminum and steel flywheels, are designed for a street application. It eliminates the heavy (28 pound) OEM dual mass flywheel and replaces it with our solid CNC machined billet aluminum flywheel which weighs only 18 pounds or solid steel which weighs 11 pounds. This reduction in weight allows the engine to rev much quicker and respond much more responsively. This clutch conversion will transmit slightly more transmission noise into the cabin of the car. At idle speeds, there is a rattle sound that can be heard which is transmission noise that is typically absorbed by the OEM dual mass flywheel. If you are concerned with this increased clutch / transmission noise, this may not be the correct clutch conversion for your application. Design
The latest CAE equipment, such as Pro-Engineer (3D Design) and FEM (Finite-Element-Method) calculations are used to custom design and configurations as close as possible to each individual application. We also design and build Diaphragm Springs and all key components of clutches to realize ultimate performance.
Bench Test
To evaluate the reliability of our products properly, careful analysis and tests are conducted in each vehicle and on test benches which have been developed by EVOMS.
Assembling
Our Performance Clutches are assembled by hand. This guarantees the highest quality and accuracy in clamping load and release characteristics.
